Re: WONDER WOMAN 1984 - Delayed to Christmas
I just watched the film on HBO Max and I really enjoyed it. However, as soon as the movie transitioned to the 1980s, everything was really purple and green. When I see GIFs online, it seems like the colors are more normalized. What would cause my TV to show green and purple as the primary colors for...

Weird, I enjoyed it, I thought it had a much better reaction than Discovery did.

Where have you seen that sentiment? RottenTomatoes gave it 87% I believe.PICARD has generally been regarded as a major disappointment that got worse as it went along. I watched one episode and fell asleep on it.

Re: STAR TREK - Boldly Going...Where?
Personally, I'm Star Trek ed-out. This is a franchise which has been milked to death. I honestly started to lose interest after TNG . The TNG movies were pretty good (overall) but I never saw more than three episodes of Deep Space Nine . I did like what I saw of Voyager but not enough to religiousl...

Re: Fox/Disney Deal - It's All About The Stream!
Apparently FOX might buy back it's own RSN's - at a discount vs. what they sold for!

Wasn't John Carter supposed to be a franchise but then considered a failure?

Re: Fox For Sale - Disney and (Maybe) Comcast Jockeying For Position
The Sports Regional Network side of this also would fit better with Comcast, as they have RSN's all over the country already and a network in place. Not to mention, the Comcast RSN's seem to have so much more local sports content than the FOX RSN's. In both Arizona and Southern California, The FOX ...

Re: rate the last movie you saw
I dug Infinity War. Thought it was better than Age of Ultron as well. I still haven't seen Doctor Strange.
The cliffhanger was pretty depressing, but obviously all those character's aren't going to stay dead.

I had never heard of this brand. Are physical movie sales dropping the way that physical music sales have? It would be crazy if DVD players just stopped getting manufactured across the board.

I saw it today and enjoyed it well enough as a popcorn flick. I didn't really have any expectations. Never read the book. Loved the Silvestri score.

Re: Weekend Box Office 3/18 - What Else Is New?
I actually can't remember the last film I've seen in a theater that wasn't a major blockbuster so I guess I'm part of the problem.
