9/11 - The Movie.

Just read on Dark Horizons that Oliver Stone and Paramount is making a movie about 9/11. Universal also have one planned. How low can you get?
Bet they'll be conspiracy theories galore with the Stone version.

The Battle of Britain:Special Edition DVD.

Sony will be releasing the Special Editions to The Battle of Britain and A Bridge Too Far, October 25. It looks like it will be all the extras that were on the Region 2 versions that were released last year.

Yes, it is. It was one of the few films I brought with me when I moved from England to the U.S. Would be nice to have it on Region 1. Cheaper than buying a region-free player. LOL.

DVD Magazines.

Since moving to the United States from England, I have noticed that there seems to be a distinct lack of DVD magazines devoted to regular releases. However, I have noticed that Tower Records does import two U.K. publications. These are DVD Review and Total DVD. Both these magazines cover the latest ...

The Wild Geese.

Does anybody know of a Region 1 release for The Wild Geese? There is a Region 2 that came out through Warner Bros. in 2004 (I think!). This version has some interesting extras: an audio commentary with Sir Roger, a documentary about Euan Lloyd 'Last of the Gentlemen Producers' and footage of the ori...

Ugh, the second season WAS terrible. At least it started off OK... Most WOTW fans hated the second, partly because of the way that two of the show's much loved characters were killed off, but also because of the changes introduced, changing the aliens. One of these, was Adrian Paul. What a piece of...
