I have been happy with this series all told. They are fun and they don't try to be more than what they are. I agree that they are better Bond films in a number of ways. I expect a better send-off for Ethan Hunt all told.

I'm sooooo tired of the way "way too late/way after the fact/bring out the fossils" sequelitis. I think I hate this even more than prequelitis and that's saying something. This is at least 20 years too late.

I'm not feeling it. The feedback on the book was a mixed bag and I find myself saying the same thing I did about all the prequelitis: What's with all the way too late/after the fact sequels where we bring back everyone as halfway to the nursing home and the rest of it? Does everyone want to see that...

I had zero interest until reading this thread.

I saw it one time in the theater and that was plenty enough for me. What a mess that movie was.
