well... of course QUARANTINE is a remake again... but even if it looks cheap, the original was very scary... the final 5 minutes are truly heartstopping. As the trailer of Q shows it is a shot for shot remake I guess it is equally well done. Nothing really new, but REC (the original) is outstanding....

Ridley Scott really should stop doing this kind of movies and for once go back to SF or Fantasy territory. I can't understand how producers spend so much money on a score and then in the end mix it so low, that you dont hear it anymore. It is too bad if it has get hacked up, but that is sometimes unavoidable, but then mixing it low, because apparently you dont like it is hurting the movie even more. Same...
