You wonder if THE INTERVIEW's debacle is going to cool off movie-goers this holiday season -- just a little. Either way it's slim pickings this weekend and tepid openings to go along with it. THE HOBBIT got its fan base out but its 3-day weekend take is off from the other films in the series.
For holdovers, EXODUS is officially tanking in the U.S. They'll need some foreign $$ to make it up, which I bet they'll do.
