Marvel/Disney Buys Out Remaining Paramount Films

So in effect Paramount's last two movies they'll release from their Marvel deal are CAPTAIN AMERICA and THOR. Disney/Marvel pick up everything else from that collaboration starting in 2012 with THE AVENGERS and IRON MAN 3 in 2013.

Note this doesn't have anything to do with Sony's SPIDER-MAN deal, Fox's X-MEN and FANTASTIC FOUR contracts -- as the article states, "Sony, Fox and other studios can hang onto those titles as long as they keep making payments and occasional movies that they finance."
