I refuse to buy this until they change the horrendous-sounding packaging.

You might be waiting until the ice age for them to change the packaging.

It's bad, but it's not nearly bad enough to prevent me from easily recommending this as a purchase at $25.

There have been SO many complaints about the packaging, I'm willing to wait a year and see what happens. The set will be available for $25 again at some point.

I know it sucks, but it's not THAT horrific that I would wait to see if they'll change it. At this rate it's been well over 6 months, I don't see them changing it up anytime soon. Universal typically does not react to that kind of thing the way other labels might.

The packaging is abominable. No question about it. I took my own discs and put them in their own jewel cases.

At this price, though, you can be VERY forgiving and use a little bit of the savings to buy yourself some slim jewel cases and call it a day.

Screw it, I had some Amazon credit for trading in some titles, so I ordered this and a few other things.

Talked you into it ;)

No doubt it does suck. The only packaging worse was Fox's Omen & Planet of the Apes deluxe sets with the sticky plastic adhesive (there wasn't a jewel case or actual holder for them) that actually broke one of my discs on the latter. Good thing I traded it back to Amazon for another copy.

I'll no doubt be moving the discs into some extra Blu cases I have lying around, but I shouldn't have to do that, dammit. :?

If you're careful, and don't move them around a lot, you'll be fine. If you're going to be moving them around a lot, then use another means of transportation. 8)

Target also has this box for $20 this week apparently.

Now down to $14.99 -- a price match with Target.

Amazon no longer offers price adjustments on orders that have shipped (trust me; I've tried getting video game prices adjusted that drop the day after the game is released), BUT if you did order it last week, you can either return it, reorder it at the lower price, OR email/chat and try and talk their Indian call center into giving you some kind of "one time only" promo credit.

It's worth a shot anyway.

Either way fantastic price.

Thank God my order didn't ship yet...cancelled (well, most of it...there's one disc that's "attempting to cancel" at this point) and going to re-order. :D

Yessssssssss! Don't you love it when it works out that way once in a while?

$15 is just crazy, really. It's $5 a movie on Blu-Ray!! (You can bring the costs down even more if you want to sell off the digital copy discs).

Damn, one of the other titles I ordered (300) got shipped anyways, so I got stuck with the shipping costs. :?

They charged you shipping after the fact? That shouldn't happen. If you have free super saver, if they let you cancel, you shouldn't have to pay the shipping even if the total goes under $25.
