MOVIE MUSIC & SOUNDTRACKS ARE EVIL!
The church is under attack from movie music! This is really nothing new. This attack involves the use of Satanic movie music which has gained widespread acceptance from within the church. The attack from within the church by music in films has been going on since the 1940's. The sad note is that the devil has succeed in popularizing his music even from within church sanctioned movies. The tares, deceivers, and wolves have popularized modern orchestral music and is now a major sign of a liberal apostate church. Just look at a church that accepts music that is heard in films and you will see one that is open to all kinds of apostasy. This tract will have another look at Satan's music where it does not belong, which is... inside the church!
We are living in great days of apostasy and falling away from Biblical truths. Here is what the Bible says:
Amos 8
11: Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord:
Well the famine is here and we can thank the godless, worldly, compromising 'pastors' for doing their part in fulfilling the above verse! Rather than teaching and preaching the Word of God, many godless pastors rely movies, their music, ecumenicism, and other evils to fill their churches.
Over the years warnings about this demonic godless movie music have gone out in the form of books, articles, and tapes by various Christians. This article is another such warning. I fully expect God's people to be blessed by this article and Satan's tares to have a good laugh as they mock the truths presented. We are now in the days when many will not receive sound Biblical doctrine. Here is what the Bible says:
2 Tim 4:3-4
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Does this verse apply to you, reader? Has your heart waxed cold and are you unable to grasp things pertaining to sound Biblical doctrine? Will you have an angry or mocking spirit as you read this article?
Below are many observations and warnings about Satan's music in modern films.
THE MUSIC ITSELF
Music has a presentation quality. This can be either Godly or demonic. Music is composed of melody, harmony, and rhythm. For music to be Godly there must be a proper balance between the melody, harmony, and rhythm. Music can cover many genres but there must be proper melody, harmony and rhythm. Much of today's film scores are imbalanced music that violates the melody, harmony, and rhythm of a song.
Assuming the music has proper melody, harmony, and rhythm, does it create an attitude of worship and praise to God? On the other hand, is the music appealing to the flesh and giving off the desire to hear the music outside of the film? The music itself should not be so dominant that it overshadows the film. Instead the film's dialog and sound effects should be easily heard and the music should compliment and present its contents in a Godly manner. Modern synthesized scores are demonic secular music that make few attempts to be "Christian". It is not from God and all God's people should stay far from it!
Imitation! Do the composers imitate the wicked or do they present Godly standards and Biblical separation? For example, young homosexual composers dress like the demonic rock stars with all the funny (sexual) clothes, foolish hair styles and dress. Their lifestyle is also the same in that it reflects rebellion and immorality. Many of the biggest composers have fallen into immorality. Imitation is the highest form of flattery. By imitating the lost hellbound youth of the modern generation of artists, these composers and performers are indirectly giving their stamp of approval.
Purity! Do the composers reflect Biblical modesty and purity. Do they dress properly and in an honorable way before God? Proper clothes and modest attire are very important. The Christian is an ambassador for Christ and should present himself in this lost world in a proper and Godly manner.
These points alone disqualifies many young composers as all of them imitate the grimy, sensual, and demonic look of their rock and roll genre counterparts.
The lyrics! Some scores have wordless vocals. Others use lyrics. Assuming the music is balanced, are the lyrics showing Biblical depth and sound Biblical doctrine? Ninety nine percent of the demonic scores today fail even at this level. The lyrics are shallow and often repetitive. They possess no depth and even encourage false doctrine and compromise. Composers are blinded thinking that their demonic music somehow becomes holy by taking a secular song and adding a few "god" type of words. It may be a surprise to some but the lyrics really mean nothing in movie music. The driving force of all underscores is the music itself with its imbalance, driving beat, loud volume, and dissonate chords. If the words can even be heard over the action in the movie, they are shallow and present worldly compromise and lack sound Biblical doctrine.
In good film music the lyrics should complement the song and present sound Biblical concepts and praise that will glorify God and edify the believer. The lyrics should always present sound Biblical doctrine. Even the composers should have solid Biblical training and the experience of walking and growing with the Lord for many years. There is no way some of these young rebellious composers can be of sound Biblical mind!
Finally, true Godly music that honors the Lord will not be very popular with the Christ rejecting world. The lost will not enjoy hearing the Lord lifted up and glorified.
Eph. 5
18: And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19: Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20: Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Col. 3
16: Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
The above verses describe a type of music that is the opposite from today's film scores.
RELABELING
Film music uses the demonic technique of relabeling something evil to make it sound good and look good to its deceived followers. Here is an example of relabeling in the area of psychology:
Christian psychology. The foundation stone of psychology is atheism. It is nothing more than a bunch of atheistic principles how to solve man's spiritual problems and needs without God. It seeks to minister and heal the spiritual part of a person under the premise that God does not exist and we have evolved from lower animals. "Christian" psychology seeks to use these pagan godless principles with "God" type of words and with a Bible verse thrown in here and there. The foundation stone is still atheism which all the "great" psychological leaders subscribed. Take godless psychology and re-label using Christian terminology and you have "Christian" psychology! There is a saying that describes the motives of "Christian" psychology: "The set of circumstances will enhance the finances of the followers of Sigmund Freud!" The bottom line is really money! The same is true with film studios and the money they spend on their soundtracks!
With film music, the foundation stone is the Satanic root of modern classical music. This includes the ambient orchestral complexities, the changing instrumentation in the style of the music, and its increased volumes. Ocassionally, the score is "Christianized" by adding a few "God" words or chanting male vocals meant to symbolize religion. At this point film music is has been relabeled and is ready for churched young people.

NOTHING ORIGINAL IN FILM MUSIC
There is nothing original in film music. When the packaging says "original motion picture score," that is a lie. The religious soundtrack wolves imitate and mimic Satanic secular groups in instrumentation, music, and presentation. The content of the film is often unholy in every regard. With modern composers there is nothing new or creative at all.
It all was first done by Satan's secular groups. Later the same demonic foolishness is copied and brought over for the religious false professing tares to enjoy. When looking at the movies themselves, don't expect to see anything new. Instead, expect to see direct copies and imitations of the latest fads and fashions in the demonic half of society. Trends or fads will always happen first in Satanic movies. Later, the demonic will be "Christianized" and added to the the palette of orchestral writing. It is all just a blatant imitation and a copy of Satanism in more popular rock music. The sad fact is that imitation is the highest form of flattery and approval!

GOD HAS ORDAINED PREACHING TO WIN THE LOST ... NOT MUSIC
A major argument in defense of film music is the "requirement" to speak the language of previous soundtracks so their money may be won by the studios. It is assumed that the Bible is powerless to draw and win souls to the Lord Jesus. Instead movies with supposedly religious music is needed to gather youth at places where they can hear a message in the music.
This thought is contrary to the Bible! People are always called out and away from sin rather than using evil and sin to reach out to the lost. God has ordained the foolishness of preaching to win the lost. Godly music has a role in complementing good solid Bible based preaching. But it was never intended to replace good, solid, preaching from the Word of God!
1 Cor 1
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
THE BOTTOM LINE IS MONEY
Matt 6
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
The root of the rotten and Satanic movement of modern film music is the love of money. Money is a big motivator and those who seek earthly riches will do anything to increase their treasures during their brief stay here on earth. Film scores are an abomination to God, but it is a big seller and a great money-maker for the composers, performers and those involved in spreading this Satanic filth throughout the land. Why, for only twenty dollars a family of four can come to the latest movies with the hottest music and be ministered to by the latest forms of "Christianized" Satanism in music form! What a deal! That is only $5 per person! So come on out to the movies and hear our music, but be sure you don't leave any beer bottles behind in the pews!
A successful composer can earn all kinds of temporal wealth (ill-gotten gain!) by doing concerts with the world's best ensembles. Once they become "known" they can also get big bucks through the sales of their soundtrack CD's and tapes. Many successful composers have switched over to the classical concert market. Again the motive is money! The underlying motive is not to be a obedient servant of the Lord. Instead the motive is to be successful and earn lots of money. Higher on "the top 40 chart" means more money in the bank!
Records sell and bring in big bucks to the music companies and music promoters. The majority of movie music is not being purchased by the lost. No, the lost prefer their secular rock, country, and rap music and can see the hypocrisy in orchestral sounds. Instead, film music is targeted at those professing Christians inside the Churches. Conservative, value-abiding persons.
There is lots of money to be earned by peddling concerts, CD's, and tapes to the professing religious kids. Later when these kids are fully addicted, they too will switch over to evil movie concepts and that is very good for sales and additional cash flow! The music and film monster continues to grow as it devours the souls of the religious kids who claim to know God but in reality, do not!
Since money is the goal of of all studios and record labels, the target is pleasure, hedonism, compromise, acceptance, and big sales. The goal of glorifying God or edifying believers is not a big seller. In fact that goal can never be accomplished by the "strange fire" of film music. The fleshly demonic film music with a few godly characteristics targets youth who may hesitate to get involved with the secular Satanic music. Then later once they are converted and addicted, the person will freely listen to both movie music and worse counterparts because it is really all the same music. Only the instruments and purpose are slightly changed to suck in the gullible, rebellious, and easily deceived.
Let me add this final point: The film music industry is owned by the same people who own the rock, country, and rap industry. Think about it. They are all working for the same devil! Soundtracks in all their forms are big business and is a huge source of money. Many are getting rich! But in the end of it all, at judgment, they lose their souls for all eternity! Is it really worth a few years of temporal pleasure with ill-gotten financial gain vs. an eternity in torment in the lake of fire?

26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
WINNING DISCIPLES TO WHOM?
Film music does not save souls. Churches are not being filled by people saved at the movies or film music concerts. Instead the goal is to make converts of people to movie music itself. The goal is to get people accepting and converted to film music. Then over time sales will increase and the money will come in to the performers and movie promoters. To accomplish this money making goal the acceptance by liberal pastors and church leaders is required.
Deut 5
29: O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!
If only pastors currently involved and permitting the listening of soundtracks had a heart of love toward God! If these men really loved God and sought to obey Him as a faithful servant, orchestral music in films would have been rejected long ago and it never would have made into the churches!
MUSIC THAT TRANSFORMS
Only one genre of music can make actual physical changes on its' followers. That type of music is rock and roll. Those addicted to Satan's rock music tend to imitate the same dress and hairstyle of their Satanic group idols. Kids dye their hair bright colors, spike the hair, wear similar clothes and big boots as they emulate their rock and roll idols. No other music genre does this to its followers. I don't see people who listen to classical (for example) dress up like Mozart, or people who like the great hymns of the faith dress up like they did years ago in Middle Ages clothes. Only rock and roll transforms the outer person to mimic and emulate the rock group idol. This trend is very apparent in secular as well as in religious rock music. The demonic rock and roll performer is imitated in his hairstyle and dress by all the deceived pleasure seekers who seek to be and look "cool" too. Modern underscores are coming dangerously close to becoming one and the same with rock music.
Eph 5
6: Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
7: Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
8: For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
Verse 7 clearly states not to be partakers with them! Stay away from Satan's influence and music!
BLINDNESS AND DECEPTION
Movie soundtracks present a culture and lifestyle of no accountability. It is a rebellious lifestyle free from obedience to God. Instead hedonism, drug abuse, sexual immorality and anything else that pleases the flesh is the dominant drive within the movie culture. The entire scene has the curse of God upon it. To those deceived by the film music culture, the enemies are the true Christians who warn against this Satanic music. Personally, I have seen the reaction of many religious collectors of film scores over the years. The two main reactions I have seen is mockery and anger. The collectors do not have a heart for correction and will not give up their Satanic music for anything! The score collector is addicted to Satan's music like a druggie is addicted to his drugs. These people will strike back by using either mockery or verbal attack. In their blind defense the Bible is used and many Scriptures are quoted out of context to justify this evil. Film music is an enormous deception within the Church and many young people have been snared by it! It is a form of Satanic mass delusion similar to how the devil used Hitler to deceive an entire generation in Germany. The people involved in film music are bound together by their obsession, love, and addiction to Satan's imbalanced film music. The poor addicted collector will not receive guidance, correction, or sound Biblical doctrine. Instead they will resort to deception, mockery, and verbal attacks against God's people who warn them of the dangers of this Satanic music.
Rom 16
17: Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
18: For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
TARES TAKE OVER CHURCHES AND OFFEND GOD'S PEOPLE
Jude 1
17: But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18: How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19: These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
When Satan's film music comes into a church assembly through the witnessing of a film, an interesting thing happens. The true Christian who love the Lord will complain about this "strange fire" type of music. God's people have discernment and it doesn't take much to see that something is terribly wrong with this loud music that often destroys scenes in the film. God's people are not fooled! As a result those who love the Lord will complain to their pastors and try to get this evil removed from the church assembly. The response of God's people is like a person who accidentally places his hand on a hot surface like an oven. The immediate reaction is to quickly remove the hand to minimize any burning. The same is true with the Satanic kinds of film music. God's people instantly react to the demonic like a person reacts when his hand is on a burning surface. There is a deep down spiritual revulsion to this Satanic music. God's people know that this "strange fire" hellish music has no place in church or in the life of a Christian.
Within the church, the immature youth pastor will never listen or learn. Immature youth pastors, who are themselves addicted to these films with Satanic music, do all they can to bring in this filth to "minister" to the young people under their charge. Weak, worldly, and backslidden senior pastors are willing to compromise and allow their immature youth pastors lead the youth any direction they wish. The end result is chaos coming into a church assembly.
The true saints of God immediately see the danger and react to the demonic movie music. However, the true saints of God grow weary of the demonic music and can see their complaints and warnings are falling on deaf ears. I have heard stores of situations where God's saints who are offended by the Satanic music are accused of being the ones creating division and disrupting the church. Imagine that! Backslidden, liberal, and apostate church leaders accuse those who reject this demonic music of being the ones creating division in a church assembly! The real culprits are those who have given themselves over to Satan's music and who are themselves slaves to compromise and apostasy as they justify this evil. At this point God's saints are forced to leave that church assembly and seek out somewhere else to attend. Parents who love their children are forced to leave such churches lest their children be poisoned by Satan's film music and go astray. Grieving, God's people go elsewhere looking for a church assembly that loves the Lord. Be warned, liberal church and leaders, God is aware of this type of falling away and the damage you have done!
The end result is the Godly saints leave the liberal church and are replaced by the apostate, doctrine rejecting, and the soundtrack loving crowd. Over time the door opens for all other kinds of heresy to enter such a church assembly. Alcoholics, homosexuals, gamblers and sex freaks! Churches that were once solid and Bible based quickly fall away and become liberal, compromising, and apostate.
The soundtrack promoters and advocates, like Filmtracks.com, are nothing more than sowers of discord within God's church! Here is what the Bible says:
Prov 6
16 These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness [that] speaketh lies, and HE THAT SOWETH DISCORD AMONG BRETHREN.
SATANIC FRUIT OF THE DEMONIC FILM MUSIC
Soundtracks in all their flavors have the same Satanic fruit. It is a package deal that is sealed with the spirit of rebellion. It is impossible to be a collector and not be rebellious in nature. Inside the package is Satanism, occultism, blasphemy, drug abuse, alcohol, immorality, hard heart, hedonism, worldliness, and an unteacheable spirit.
We already covered this, but the young movie scene, like rockers, imitates the godless and immoral in the way they dress, the overall look, and the presentation of the group. It is a monkey-see-monkey-do type of imitation of the lost. There is a 100 percent imitation of the sound, volume, and music style of the Satanic artists. There is such a close imitation of the lost that there is really no difference.
The listener who becomes addicted to film music also develops a spirit of rebellion. This person develops a very hard heart that cannot be reasoned with or taught Biblical truths. They become hard hearted and stiff necked!
The soundtrack addict gives blind defense of their demonic music. Under no conditions will they give up their demonic music. Some become very rude and will attack or mock any attempts warning or sound Biblical doctrine. Mocking is the most popular reaction from the film score collector. They will literally say anything to justify their Satanic likings. Some religious composers get very angry when they hear someone speak against their demonic music they love so dearly. If only they would defend, love, and serve the Lord Jesus Christ as much as their godless music. God says:

8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light
Eph 5
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
The goal is to win converts, not to Christ, but rather to movies and their music. There is a demonic goal of seeking acceptance in churches and youth groups for this Satanic filth music. It is like a drug that must be spread around to gather in and deceive as many blind followers as possible.
Immorality is is one of the fruits of film music. Many score composers today have found themselves involved in adultery and fornication. They may have a brief repentance (after they are caught) then they go right back to creating film scores and conducting concerts. Their fans are oblivious to all this and unconditionally accept and defend their composer idols.
Film music encourages drinking and drug use. How many soundtrack collectors are into casual drinking? I would guess quite a few. That is another problem within the professing Church. Tares go out to eat and can't resist slurping back one or two drinks of booze.
To the Christian, God says in His Word: "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them" (Eph. 5:11). The Lord Jesus said in Matt 7:18,20 "A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit....Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them." The question this verse brings to mind is: What kind of fruit does film music produce? There is definite fruit to film music and all of it is evil. This demonic music has been the major tool and vehicle through which Satan popularized suicide, drug abuse, immorality, perversions (bestiality etc.), blasphemy against God and sacred things, homosexuality, occultism, and Satanism. Now God has said to Christians not to have any fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness. Film music is an unfruitful work of darkness and Christians have no business trying to imitate those who are on the broad road to destruction. Christians also have no business listening to rock, country or rap as it is all an abomination to God.
SEVERE SPIRITUAL DECEPTION
Film music is just as addictive as a drug. In fact it is far worse. This demonic music is personally energized by Satan and his demons. Somehow when it gets a grasp of a person (addiction), it is hard to be set free. It is an unusual addiction as the addict has no idea he has serious spiritual problems. Instead he is totally deceived and blinded into believing that the people with spiritual problems are those who reject this Satanic music. The collector becomes a reprobate who is unable to discern between right and wrong. In fact, right becomes wrong and wrong becomes right to the score collector. This person laughs and mocks as he listens to the warnings of people who he considers to be: legalist, Pharisee, narrow-minded etc. He shakes his head at the sad spiritual state of such an individual not knowing that he is the real one with the extreme spiritual problem.
Movies, of course, are a huge deception. Satan designed this so those who are deceived will think they are in great spiritual shape. They will react with rage or mockery to those who are against their "spiritual" worship and praise to God. Talking to someone addicted to Satan's movies is like talking to a cultist. They are blinded yet they think they see! Try telling a Satanist or an atheist he is wrong and that the Bible is true. Or, tell that JW or Mormon who knocks on your door that they are believing in a soul damning, Trinity denying false religious cult! Will those deceived people suddenly say: "Hey I never thought of that! You are right...I'm leaving this cult!" No they will not! These people are utterly deceived yet they think they possess the truth. The cultist is immune to the Bible. They will argue, debate, mock, and even get angry at the truth of the Bible. Yet they are still deceived and blinded. The same is true with the movie and score scene that has invaded the Church. Movies will use Scriptures out of context. They will try to tell you they believe in the same Gospel and the same Jesus. Yet they do not believe in the Jesus of the Bible. Satan uses the same mind-set with the blinded collector as he does with the cultist at your door! Only the Holy Spirit can break through the heart of such a deceived person.
Malachi 2
17 Ye have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the Lord, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment
FILM MUSIC VIOLATES THE COMMAND TO COME OUT AND BE SEPARATE
There is such a thing as Biblical separation. This means the Christian is to be in the world but not to be OF the world.
2 Cor 6
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you
Christians are a peculiar people and God wants them to live godly, separated, and holy lives in this evil world.
Titus 2
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Christians are to be different from the lost and perishing. They are ambassadors for the Lord who are representatives of the Kingdom of God here on earth. Christians preach the Gospel which has the power to save a soul from an eternity in hell. By imitating the Satanic aspects of modern music the young composers are nullifying the Gospel. Rather than calling people out of the world's sinful system to fellowship and obedience with the Lord, the composer is bringing people back into the secular world of sin, death, rebellion, and electronic music. Film music is not a bridge to heaven and the Lord Jesus. Instead, it is a bridge back to the world. It is an open path of compromise, apostasy, falling away, and eternal death in hell.
In direct opposition to being separate from this sinful world, film music preaches conformity to the world. It seeks to be like the Satanic demonic groups in every way. It has the same underlying goal of money and temporal riches as does more popular genres of music.
Rom 12
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
MUSIC IS NOT NEUTRAL
Only the blind and deceived religious composer tries to argue that music is neutral. Guess what? Music is not neutral. There is such a thing as good music and there is such a thing as evil music! Modern movie music is definitely evil music inspired and energized by Satan himself. Here is a example that explains this fact:
A person could hit the C chord. Alone that chord would be neutral. However as soon as several notes are strung together (melody, harmony, and rhythm) the notes become music and that is not neutral at all. Another example would be the letters of the alphabet. The letter "A" by itself is totally neutral. However letters are the building blocks of words. Words are the building blocks of sentences. As soon as letters are strung together the words and sentences are no longer neutral. A writer can use letters to quote a Bible verse or to write porn. Both use the building blocks of letters. However, one use is Godly and the other is demonic. The same is true with music! The notes are the building blocks. Alone they are neutral. But strung together they create a sound or song that is either Godly or demonic.
Remember that Satan was created a musical being. Before the fall he used to lead the choirs of heaven in praise to God. Don't be deceived in thinking he cannot pervert music for his own purposes.
Ezek 28
13 ...every precious stone was thy covering,...the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created
Since music was built into Satan's' very nature, are we foolish enough to assume that he will not use music to deceive and enslave? Soundtracks are music created by Satan for blinding and leading the lost into hell and a Christless eternity. This demonic music has been very successful here on earth in both its religious and secular forms.
Here is a thought: Would lost people sing the great hymns of the faith while sitting drunk in a bar at 2am? Why not if music is neutral?
Would God be glorified if Amazing Grace is played in church to the tune of heavy electronic music? The answer is NO. Amazing Grace is a great hymn of the faith and it is utterly destroyed when played under Satanic imbalanced film music. Movie music has no place being played in any Church.
MUSIC SHOULD MATCH THE MESSAGE
Music should match the message. A godly message (the Gospel) should be associated with Godly music. God has ordained the foolishness of preaching to win the lost. Music may complement that goal but that is not its main purpose. Inside a church is where God's people gather to learn, grow, worship, and have fellowship in the Lord. Godless music has no place being in a church setting. Woe to the apostate pastors who have brought in this demonic music to their congregations! There will be a time of judgment for such actions!
Matt 21
13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Pastors who have approved and brought in movie music for performance in their congregations will answer to God for their sin. They have transformed a place of prayer, learning, and growth into a sinful den of thieves.
Acts 20
28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.
YOUNG PEOPLES JUDGMENT OF MUSIC
How do young people judge the music they listen to? Do they search the Scriptures and seek to love and obey the Lord? Unfortunately, not. Instead the judging factor is how the music makes them feel. Movies and their music appeal to the flesh and are judged by fleshly standards.
People addicted to soundtracks judge their music only on fleshly standards and not by the Word of God. The bottom line is the music must feel good to the flesh. collectors complain that anything else (other than film music) sounds like pop music. The judgment of the music is purely on how it makes them feel at the experience level.
Some young people will attempt to justify their demonic music based on the lyrics. However, if they can even be heard in the first place, the lyrics tend to be shallow and extremely lacking in Biblical doctrine. The lyrics really don't matter if the music makes the listener feel good. The music is the driving force and a song is judged good, not by the lyrics, but rather on how the track excites and satisfies the listener. The appeal to the flesh is the judging factor for the soundtrack collector.
John 14
23: Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
24: He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
SOUNDTRACKS OFFER NOTHING BUT COMPROMISE AND WORLDLINESS
There is absolutely no benefit for a person from the demonic film music.
- it is like a cloud without rain
- it is like a fig tree in bloom without any figs (Cursed by Jesus)
- It is powerless to win the lost. God has ordained preaching to win the lost. All it has the power to do is to win more converts to film music and to lead more people into backsliding, apostasy, and worldliness. Churches have never been filled by people "saved" at movies or film music concerts.
- All film music offers is acceptance of commpromise and a bridge back to the world of sin and death. Composers feel at home producing all the trash their Satanic morals demand. Why is this so? Because film music and rock, country and rap are all the same thing and it are from the same devil!
- It is an offense to God and has no placee in a person's life who loves the Lord! (... and all God's people said AMEN! .. while the tares simply laughed and mocked)
- It is a sign of apostasy and liberalism in a professing Christian church. If that church has accepted film music, then you can bet they have also accepted all kinds of other compromise and liberalism. Acceptance of film music is a sign of sickness and a turning away from God. (apostasy)
- Soundtracks are associated with rebellion,, drugs, immorality, and Satanism. Why would believers want to imitate and associate themselves with that image?
- False professing Christian tares love film music and will never change their mind. Truly saved people want no part of this satanic music. It doesn't take much discernment to see that film music is from the devil! God's people have no problem spotting this "thing" of the devil.
- One good thing is that soundtracks allow a person to see the tares that belong to Satan and the real Christians who love the Lord. It is like a separator between the wheat and the tares. The devil's crowd loves music from films while those who belong to God will turn away from all Satanic musical filth.
PASTORS WHO APPROVE AND PROMOTE SOUNDTRACKS ARE BAD STEWARDS
Money is wasted that could go to Godly purposes. Instead of missions or helping the needy, money is spent on soundtracks for films and associated concerts for the rebellious youth. This is very bad stewardship to use money intended for Godly use to bring in the demonic.
Film music involves great spiritual compromise with the world. A pastor who is willing to go that low really has no business being a pastor in the first place. We'll address this issue in the next section on warning to pastors.
Soundtracks offend people who are not backslidden and who love the Lord. God's true saints are offended by this demonic music. It really does not take much discernment to see that movies have evil music. It is loud and is a direct imitation of the popular secular Satanism on the radios, MTV etc. People who belong to God are offended by this evil coming into their church. Of course the liberal pastors and composers do not care. All composers care about is getting more converts to their type of music. If it was not for weak willed, backslidden, and worldly pastors, film music would have never made it into the churches.

WARNINGS TO PASTORS
The following is a warning for any pastor or church leader who takes his job lightly and is not committed to building up and protecting God's church. Here are some verses that are applicable to today:
Ezek 22
26 Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
This type of a pastor is not new to God! This type of 'religious' leader is described in the Bible in many places. A man pleasing pastor makes no difference between the holy and the profane. Boy, that sure sounds like many pastors today! On the one hand these liberal pastors will do a sermon on holiness and on the other hand they will allow their young people to be 'blessed' with a Satanic film showing. These pastors speak on very neutral subjects and tread very lightly on the Word of God. Their goal is not to offend anyone. Sermon topics on the blood of Jesus, Hell, the love and wrath of God are avoided by these liberal pastors. Besides it would be terrible if the result were a decrease in donations or membership! Being faithful and pleasing God does not seem to be an important issue!
Yet God has given pastors a charge and they have a great responsibility which FEW take very seriously. The Bible continues:
Ezek 44
11 Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having charge at the gates of the house, and ministering to the house: they shall slay the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister unto them.
12 Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up mine hand against them, saith the Lord GOD, and they shall bear their iniquity.
13 And they shall not come near unto me, to do the office of a priest unto me, nor to come near to any of my holy things, in the most holy place: but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
God has given pastors a charge and (Mr. Pastor) do not DARE take it lightly! Pastors can cause God's blood bought people to fall into sin. Pastors will be judged on the stewardship of their charge of being a pastor. However today many shameful pastors have literally committed abomination to God by their rejection of Biblical doctrine and acceptance of evil and gross compromise. Let me tell you that God is aware of you Mr. Pastor and you will answer for it! You will answer here on earth and you will answer for it in eternity!
Jer 23
1: Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the Lord.
2: Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the Lord.
Let it be known all you liberal pastors as you accept your movies and soundtracks and you unite with false religions and you compromise foundational Biblical doctrines, that you are hurting God's people. As a result let me tell you that God is aware of YOU and He says WOE! Now whenever God uses a 'woe' in the Bible it is not good at all. It is related to the judgment of God and He will judge your evil doings and compromise! Your judgment will be here on earth as well as in eternity. Notice that God said in verse 2: '...I will visit upon you the evil of your doings,...' My suggestion is this: If you do NOT take the office of pastor seriously and cannot perform that duty in such a manner that pleases God, then you better step down right now and get another job! It is not a light thing to anger God by hurting and abusing His blood bought people by liberalism, worldliness, and doctrinal compromise.
CONCLUSION
When the occasional religious trappings are removed from film music, underneath is pure Satanism. Like a whitewashed tomb with dead man's bones, soundtracks are energized by Satan himself!
Eccl 5
1 Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.
Here is a good description of film music. A person could go to the deepest and darkest part of the jungle. He would then record the sounds and chantings of the voodoo witches. Then he would come back to his country and setup a stage that imitates the sounds and look of the jungle. He would throw in a few chanting vocals, references to "Godly" instruments, and do the show in a liberal Church. Somehow, it would be good "Christian" entertainment to many!
Soundtracks prosper when the love of the truth and sound Biblical doctrine depart. People who fall into apostasy and who reject doctrine will accept film music with all their hearts. They will then defend this Satanic music by using either mockery or verbal attacks. Like the defenders of sodomy, the composers will seek to spread their Satanic spider-web of filth and gain as many converts as possible. Churches will be taken over and destroyed from within as this wind from hell is accepted by liberal pastors and cold hearted, sin-loving congregations.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold
Movies are a great deception. Their music is an extension of this deception. Satan designed them both so those who are deceived will think they are in great spiritual shape. They will react with rage or mockery to those who are against their "spiritual" worship and "praise" to God. Talking to someone addicted to Satan's music is like talking to a cultist. They are blinded yet they think they see! In fact these people are so deceived that they believe the ones with the spiritual problems are the "legalistic, narrow-minded etc" people who warn against this Satanic music. Like a cultist, only the Holy Spirit can break through the heart of such a deceived person.
People who are collecting film scores on album are following their Lord, Satan. They are blind and totally deceived while being a pathway of destruction and apostasy to others. Through it all these tares laugh at all the fun they are having while serving their "Jesus" (who is not the Jesus of the Bible). They take over churches and seek as many converts as possible to their music. Unfortunately, many people are taken in and deceived by these tares.
Why would a Christian listen to Satanic music from films? Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the hearts of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil" (Eccl 8:11)....or, maybe they don't really love the Lord Jesus....or, maybe they are not really born again but merely profess to be a Christian. They are a false professing Christian tare!
In this tract we have covered many topics related to the devil's film music. The only good news is those who belong to God are looking toward heaven with increased anticipation! Yes, many professing Christians are falling away into apostasy in these last days. However, one day the Lord Jesus will return and rapture home all His blood bought people. After the rapture, the composers will be free to unite with the antichrist as the seven year kingdom of the devil is setup. Oh what a hellish movie and soundtrack party that will be for them!

I'm a born again Christian and love film scores as well as some Christian music. I can understand his points about music glorifying God vs not glorifying God, and film music isn't going to save anyone or bring anyone into a saving relationship with Jesus, but his "essay" is a bit too rant-y for me and I disagree with several of his assertions in the context they're made. I'd have to read this several times to pick them all out- I respect that he wants to serve the Lord but I would want him to give me specific names of composers and names of specific film scores in order to back up his points....his article lacks that.

I, too, am a Christian and it really annoys and grieves me when I see people, frankly...abuse scripture like this to nitpick and go off on tangents that just simply don't apply.

For the record: I have a rather healty Hans Zimmer score collection, including the DaVinci code music and I can assure you...no occultism here whatsoever.
By the way, I also own a bunch of other horror scores, not the least of which are the Omen and Poltergeist scores by Goldsmith and a bunch of Chris Young scores like the two Hellraisers, Dark Half, and the Fly II.
