Wasn't into Pee-Wee as a kid- he will always be the voice of the computer in Flight of the Navigator to me!

Loved PEE-WEE'S BIG ADVENTURE. Still one of the funniest and most appealing films Tim Burton ever made, as well as one of Danny Elfman's most energetic, "pure" film scores. Their energy and humor perfectly melded with what Reubens was doing with the character. When we showed it to Theo last year he really enjoyed it also.

I remember going into it back in '85 -- I was close to 11 -- and my Mom sitting there, within a couple of minutes, wanting to leave because she didn't know what in the world Pee-Wee was all about lol. She wasn't a prude but I think like a lot of parents was probably like "okay what is he doing..." lol. By the half hour mark she was rolling with some of the comedy ("there's no basement in the Alamo!" ).
