Predator looked better before they CGI'd the hell out of it.

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY do studios keep doing this, creating actual, awesome-looking practical effects only to paper over them with CGI?! 
It's especially odd for an 80s franchise, as aging nerds like us are conditioned to reject CG at every opportunity. It's like the 2011 Thing prequel...if you look at the practical effects done for it, it's tragic they were thrown out for noticeably inferior digital effects.

Coming to Blu and 4K. FInally, prised from the grip of a streaming service...
