No surprises here. The Will Ferrell-Amy Poehler comedy THE HOUSE died -- what more can you say about a movie which Ferrell barely did any publicity for? (No late night appearances at all lol)

VERY pleased to see the terrific Baby Driver take in such a solid haul. For a total original with no "brand name" franchise recognition, that's an impressive debut, and I'm sure it couldn't have cost much to make. Go Edgar! 8)

You'd think it would have an opening in such a putrid summer for movies. A couple of friends of mine liked it, didn't love it, but even they acknowledge it's way over the crap this summer has turned out...so far it has to rank as one of the all-time worst. There's going to be a huge chance for DUNKIRK to do well also given the dearth of quality films out there.
