Absolutely atrocious -- someone got PAID to do that? And it has nothing to do with the aesthetic of the film...literally nothing. If the artist wanted to design something that looked like an old Atari cartridge (which plays prominently in the plot) that'd be one thing -- but that's not at all what it looks like.

Bought it anyway though. One of the higher class titles that label has ever released!

I saw that one this morning, rubbed my eyes in disbelief. Doesn't even look like anything in the movie much less its original ad campaign.

At least the Arrow release made the Graboid somewhat resemble its cinematic counterpoint.

That's some terrible Photoshop at play there. I can't fathom why they do that, unless it's a situation where it's cheaper for them to create some new junk on the computer than pay a license for pre-existing artwork.

And it's not like the original Universal disc - with the theatrical poster on the cover - isn't cheap and readily available on Amazon. Plus, this being a Mill creek reissue, it'll probably have a weaker transfer and zero extras, so I have no idea why it's being reissued. :? Unless the film gets a 4K release (preferably with De Palma's rumored three-hour cut), the old Blu is more than sufficient.

Don't know why, but this UNTOUCHABLES cover art (you linked to it last page MJ) just ANNOYS me. It looks even worse in-hand, the photoshopping is just atrocious, and the UNTOUCHABLES font itself looks cheap. Really bad job by Paramount.

Nice to see they have changed the artwork for the 4K release.

Thankfully it's just the steelbook...the regular UHD should have an approximation of the iconic theatrical art. :)
