OMG...that is awful! Lol!

I didn't like Jaws 2 as much as Jaws, but I did enjoy it (much more so than Jaws 3-D).

Siskel brushes it off as inferior in this review of Jaws:The Revenge.

You bring up a great point about the TV actors - the more I thought about the film, the more I feel like it has a "TV mini-series" feel to it (if that makes sense).

I am all about Ran...looking forward to gushing over that one! You can probably guess what my rating will be...lol...

What does "A-list" mean at this point? Lol...as if potentially being elevated to that is a good thing???

Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins) is the host. I have not watched it yet, but might be interesting (though be warned...Billy loves interrupting guests while they talk).

I hope this fails spectacularly...it looks so artificial. That isn't the movie I grew up with, and I will happily keep my money in my pockets and not pay for this ridiculous bastardization.
