Hanks on the high seas again looks like a winning combo. He also wrote the screenplay.

Crazy. Looks like they bailed out of it using covid as a cover, but it's hard to believe Sony picked it up knowing it's south of 90 minutes. Maybe they never saw the finished product?

Reviews are pretty decent. Still...that running time doesn't scream theatrical release these days. Or pre-COVID either.
