Yeah. Been waiting for ONE CRAZY SUMMER. Glad to have seen it in the theater at the time - in all its nutty "Uncle Frank" glory. Speaking of Uncle Frank, Bruce Wagner was also the writer on WILD PALMS. My brother-in-law's uncle Irv gave me a couple of juicy insider books a while back and these did not disappoint. Cannot wait to get this BD! And who can forget Mark Metcalf (Neidermeyer) playing the usual crusty comedically-serious bad guy.
And Demi Moore's "I know Dow" was always a chuckle-producer.

Loved ONE CRAZY SUMMER too -- my Mom took me the day it opened, and then I remember we snuck in another showing before 6th grade started up a few weeks later when my Dad got out of work early. The best of Savage Steve Holland's work!
