Let's just take any old movie and put an actor of a different race in it. That's exactly what they're going to do, because it's also a lot easier to remake something than come up with anything new -- and then they'll toss it under the guise of "diversity" and "equity" and "inclusion".

The irony is that what they are doing is exactly the same as having Mickey Rooney play Mr. Yunioshi.
