It must be amazing working for a corporation that by embracing DEI they can use it a shield for criticism, including lousy writing, direction and performances. :x

Too bad all of this diversity, equality and inclusion is costing them billions in box office, merchandise sales and at their parks. :P

If you have to ask the question as to why they specifically chose DEI as the groupthink catchphrase, then consider that the logical flow DIE (Diversity, Inclusion = Equity) or IED (Improvised Explosive Device) may be a bit too obvious of the fraudmaking here.

Just amazing how it's the start of a new series and the first thing Disney and these drones do is attack the majority of the fanbase in preemptive sexism/racism BS. Tired old playbook...

^^ C-3P0 is gay?

So they are saying anyone who is fussy and effete is "obviously gay". Isn't that kind of insulting to gay men?

I remember my mother insisting that Niles on Frasier was gay, when Dan Butler, who played horndog, devoutly heterosexual radio producer Bob "Bulldog" Briscoe, was the one who actually was. It's called "acting".
