Kind of a nasty movie but a well made one.

Always nice to see a long-requested movie thought of as "impossible" (due to rights issues or lack of materials, or both) getting a physical release, especially on 4K.

Preorders going live next week -- finally.
I rewatched it a year ago and, maybe it's just me getting older and tastes changing (because I thought this movie was cool 25 years ago), but I really found myself being repelled more than entertained by this film. It's well made, it's well acted, it has some effective scenes -- but it's nihilistic, endlessly violent and its messaging is so mean spirited that I just decided that was it and I don't need to have this one in my library.
I'm sure it's going to look amazing but I've watched it for the last time, most likely.
