lol...I hope this is supposed to be funny

Re: Independence Day: Resurgence
Yes it does. Another way after the fact sequel that's 20 years too late give or take.AndyDursin wrote:This looks increasingly desperate and lame, like any one of Bay's TRANSFORMERS movies. And the washed-out cinematography and glum tone don't resemble the earlier film at all.
Certainly won't be getting my money.

Rewatching the original now. Forgot how sexy and appealing Margaret Colin was back in those days. She's not in this sequel either, right? (Of course Sela Ward is -- and I'd take Margaret Colin over Sela Ward!!).

Hard to believe that woman's fifty-nine...saw her in Gone Girl recently, and she's still absolutely gorgeous.

Re: Independence Day: Resurgence
She's never done much for me. Attractive but that's pretty much all there is.
Is it? No actresses working today of that age look like 60-year-olds ought to, because they've all had work done if they're still working in this business. That includes her, Madeline Stowe, etc. It's not as obvious as it used to be, but you can tell.Hard to believe that woman's fifty-nine..

Her 80s guest shot on "Night Court" was enough to make me forget all about Markie Post, who wasn't bad in her own right.
Colin I knew from only one other thing prior to Independence Day and that was a silly TV-movie pilot that had her as Dr. Watson's granddaughter discovering Sherlock Holmes in suspended animation and restoring him and now we have Holmes solving cases in present-day America. Michael Pennington from ROTJ was Holmes.

Do not shame Marie Post on this board Eric I am warning you!!
Colin was great on Now and Again, one of the most unsung series of the 90s. Same age as Ward also though I have not seen her lately.

Aren't you shaming her more by calling her Marie?

Ms. Post is even hotter once you dump the 80s hair.
