Note that these prices sometimes go up when the disc is released, so this is a definite good deal for pre-ordering (and I'll have to do it myself, seeing The Anti-Aisle Seat/FSM PR Firm is handling it!
$31 would be a big time rip off. They wer wise to slash that price down.
Yeah, that's only the "Suggested Retail Price." Every DVD that comes out has a high price tag -- they're never intended to be sold at that point (unless it's somewhere that doesn't sell DVDs, like a supermarket or something).

It comes with a 72 page comic book thing (or something like that) with Batman's first appearance and some other stuff- that's probably why the suggested retail price is so high.
