Arrow messed up a scene in their 12 Monkeys UHD, and no word on a replacement copy, either.

Weird.
I assume this was in the same 4K master they used for their Blu-Ray, which came out in 2018? If it was, and nobody who had the Blu-Ray during the last 4 years even noticed -- or did, but they weren't motivated to change anything -- then they may not do anything here either. Someone who really knows the movie inside and out would really notice that, the average consumer wouldn't.
This is also a problem with the master itself, it's not a disc pressing issue, so my guess is they'll just leave it alone because it's too late to go back into the lab and adjust it perhaps. I don't know, sometimes they make mistakes. I'm not saying it's not worth fixing but if someone hadn't pointed it out, I'm just a casual fan of that movie, I wouldn't have noticed. And if sales were still good for the 2018 Blu-Ray then it's not a big deal in their minds.
