That was one part of it. Lots of factors, none of them good for Chapek, from the company's fight with DiSantis and the state, to the downturn in park quality (still its most reliable and profitable business) and obvious struggles with movie/TV/stream content. Stock market likes it already.

Hopefully Kathleen Kennedy will be next!
