One of the truly great actors of the 20th century. And while I love Star Wars (and his his contribution to it), I think it's a bit of shame most people seem unaware of anything beyond Star Wars or Field of Dreams.
He was a lot more than that...
They used to say Richard Burton could read the phone book and make it sound like Shakespeare. Well, James Earl Jones could count to ten and make it sound like Shakespeare...

Although this has the feel of a TV movie that got a theatrical release, it could have been better with a bigger budget. and film treatment. Still, it's a good movie for what it was and somewhat forward thinking for its time. Nice, brief Goldsmith score too.
