I've only seen bits of Sgt. Pepper -- including the bizarre finale where the weather vane comes to life and starts singing "Get Back" as it saves Peter Frampton from committing suicide.

Is the whole film this insane?

I never saw the film but I can remember they had trading cards for it that came out back then!
