I saw the headline too...given how well they've treated past Asian imports I can't imagine how one of his own, personal "pet projects" will fare in the genre.

Please tell me someone like Mark Wahlberg will be added to the list, just to put the cherry on top! :lol:

Will someone please stop this maddness of remaking films that don't need to be remade???? :evil: It has gotten to a point of intense frustration with me and I do not, for the life of me, understand why these people can't come up with original ideas. I refused to see the PSYCHO remake (and still won't watch it); I won't go out and support this....why don't they get Tom Cruise to play the Toshiro Mifune part?? This is utterly disgusting and it makes me sick to even think this could happen- arrrrgh!!!!!!!!!!
