Re: AVENGERS 2 - The Vision Joins the Roster
Wouldn't all of those baggy wrinkles add a ton of wind resistance for all of that high-speed running?

Not really the look I was envisioning for Scarlet Witch. Typical "Emo Girl" stuff.

Could it GET any more depressing?
Re: AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON - Trailer Out Early
Yes, those scenes are awfully depressing. I guess we could say that this is the part of the movie near the end (that happens in most movies) which you could call "the apparent defeat." And right after that the heroes save the day.AndyDursin wrote:Could it GET any more depressing?
On the other hand, it's possible the entire movie is like this which would be a bad move on Marvel's part since they've built a reputation for releasing "fun" comic book movies.
Re: AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON - Trailer Out Early
I can't imagine that Marvel would go the "dark route" after all their success with keeping it light - so I tend to think along the lines of jkholm's first comment. I don't want to see a dark Avengers movie - maybe this trailer is just a marketing screw up - keep it light Marvel!

"Additional music by Danny Elfman"
What's up with that? Prominently listed on the poster also (can't remember the last time that happened for "additional music")
Anyway, has to be a good thing. Tyler's scores at their best are usually no more than serviceable, though as Marvel scores go, he's at the top of the class (for what that's worth)

Maybe each composer will write themes for individual Avengers.
That is, if superhero movies had themes anymore...
