Already have the terrific Via Vision release of Breakdown, but What Lies Beneath is very exciting news. 
I hope this can pave the way for Sam Raimi's pair of Paramount thrillers (A Simple Plan and The Gift) to finally get U.S. releases.

Too bad the isolated score will no doubt be the "final" version after tons of revisions. What I wouldn't give to hear Basil's phenomenal action scoring for the chase climax set to the visuals...
Great collection of extras, though. Especially excited for the alternate opening (stills of which were included in the Aussie release) and the Jonathan Mostow/Kurt Russell commentary, as Russell is an immensely ingratiating presence on commentary tracks. I have room in my collection for both versions.
