G20 - DIE HARD Rip-Off with Viola Davis as Kamala Harris

#1 Post by AndyDursin »

Some time last year Amazon decided to make a DIE HARD rip-off with Kamala Harris serving in the John McClane role. No wonder Bezos was apologizing to Trump last fall.

This looks absolutely hilarious -- and AWFUL.

I only just saw your post today (I've been so tied-up for the past six months I haven't had as much time peruse the board).

Did anyone actually watch this?

And check out the Youtube viewer comments...

"This trailer makes me want to sit on my computer and look at my office chair."

"I am unburdened by what is unburdenable..."

"This looks like one of the parody movie trailers they would've shown at the beginning of tropic thunder"

"Viola Davis must be the new Leslie Nielsen. Can't wait for the sequel, "G33-1/3""

"Prime Video, you never fail to make me actively avoid getting Prime."

Haven't gotten to this one yet, but I did watch the lousy Prime movie Deep Cover this morning, which is the kind of streaming crap a bland actor who glommed onto a couple of early-2000s franchises like Orlando Bloom lands in when he's pushing fifty. And would the appealing and attractive Bryce Dallas Howard have a discussion with her agent?

Another to watch out for is Cleaner, with Daisy Ridley and Clive Owen. Directed by Martin Campbell. At 97 minutes, it's not too long, so this sub par Die Hard doesn't overstay it's welcome. It's currently streaming om Max.

London. Greatest City in the world.
