You've got to be kidding.
The lousy SPECTRE was already the longest Bond ever...and felt like it. Guess nobody learned any lesson.

I hope like hell the next Bond film after Craig exits will be capped at two hours, max. This is frigging ridiculous.

I am all for longer movies...IF the movie is worth the time. Maybe they are trying to make up for how short QoS was...lol...

"Hey, they've just made the longest, most bloated, boring Bond movie in history! I hope they make the next one 3 hours instead of 2.5!!" - said NOBODY EVER

So if this is the movie that "changes everything" does that mean Bond is going to bite it as Boyle mentioned years back as one of his reasons for quitting? Paving the way for female Bond. Which is what Craig wants

Didn't Barbara Broccoli say recently that "James Bond is a man and will always be a man?"
I don't know what they have in mind for this movie, but at three hours -- and scored by Hans Zimmer -- I can't say it's on my "must see" list.

It is what she said...but I dunno. Maybe Dan's had second thoughts since this movie is his baby. Or maybe he's going to die -- but leave the door open for another actor to show up in the next one.
Either way, agreed. I just know SPECTRE was terrible, this has the potential to be worse, and 3 hours of it -- and Zimmer's music -- are going to be impossible to take. The prospects of this movie working are low.

What a wasted opportunity:
NO TIME TO DIE HARD!
Starring Bruce Willis.

Oh yes, I know she said it -- I remember discussing it somewhere, if not here than elsewhere. Still I just wonder if they're still planning on killing off "Daniel Craig" as a gateway into the next Bond, even if it's not a woman.
I just don't think they are calling the shots on this movie, they've let Craig run the asylum so all bets are off.

If they do kill off Bond with the intention of "rebooting" the series afterward, it would be nice if they could go back and re-do some of the books to match up more closely with the narratives....then again, maybe not as those books are not exactly politically correct...lol...I hope they don't kill him off!

Maybe someone will love it but for me it's just dreadful.
It's like a cross between the Spectre song and Skyfall on anti depressants...just minus Adele, a melodic hook and appealing lyric. It takes a long time to get going and, honestly, I don't care for English's warbling delivery of it. I also kept thinking it was headed for another gear and it never gets there.
Better than Sam Smith? I guess. But so is a trip to the dentist. But really it's the exact same kind of song, which is disappointing...another downbeat, morose ballad for the Craig era.

Sounds like she sang it after staying too long in an opium den. Adele (who I can't stand) gets my deepest thanks for singing the best Bond song of the Daniel Craig era. She understood.
Having said that, I will definitely take this over the pathetic piece of garbage Sam Smith's debacle of a song was (IMO). I still cannot believe he won an Oscar for that thing...but keeping in mind that the Oscar doesn't mean a whole lot outside the industry, maybe it does make sense. Lol...anyway, I am hopeful the song works with the title sequence. I am not a huge fan of the title songs from Casino Royale or QoS, but I felt like they worked well with the title sequences they were attached to.
