A great actor, who can lay claim to an iconic role in an iconic film, The Godfather.
Tho for me personally, while I have enormous respect and admiration for James Caan as an actor, he was otherwise never in the kinds of films which interested me. Cinderella Liberty isn't my kind of thing, and I thought Rollerball was silly (and does anyone remember The Killer Elite or Funny Lady...and did anyone actually see For The Boys?)
