1982 -- what a year!

I find it curious that Poltergeist and The Road Warrior were still playing -- but not E.T.

Had to have been at a different chain of theaters. Back then I remember locally certain studios or specific movies even were locked into certain chains so these ads don't necessarily reflect everything that was playing at every theater at the time. Certainly ET was still playing theatrically all thru most of 82 I'd imagine. 8)
